Devotion yearns why do we harbour fears-
When we are in Sri Krishna’s protective shear,
Devotion yearns why we worry about future-
When Sri Krishna writes destiny of creatures,
Devotion yearns why we lose before pain-
When Sri Krishna helps to turn them into gain,
Devotion yearns why we don’t befriend trust-
As Sri Krishna resides in every particle of earth’s crust.
